The Small Business Development Center at Eastern Kentucky University is an outreach service of the College of Business & Technology, located within the Center for Economic Development, Entrepreneurship and Technology (CEDET). Our service area includes the counties of Adair, Casey, Clinton, Estill, Garrard, Jackson, Laurel, Lincoln, Madison, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Russell, Wayne, and Whitley. The EKU SBDC provides consulting and training services that help existing business owners and potential entrepreneurs succeed. Our services include: one-on-one management consulting, training workshops, market research, loan packaging services, and information needed to make informed business decisions.
